Books that I love and books that my 4 year old love are not always one in the same. If you’re a parent, I’m sure you can relate. One book that we both adore, though, is Chicka Chicka Boom Boom. It’s colorful, educational and catchingly rhythmic, what’s not to love?

It was inspired by this tutorial from Sweetie Pie Bakery. The best part is that we can use and reuse the felt board…Etsy is a treasure trove of felt play pieces if I find I don’t have time to make them myself.
We LOVE this, and if it gets my 4 year old one step closer to learning his letters, all the better.
