Holiday Thank You Basket for Delivery Drivers

This Holiday Thank You Basket is an easy way to thank your favorite UPS, USPS, and FedEx delivery drivers for all the hard work they do!

Updated to add: this is our third year putting together this holiday thank you basket, and I can honestly say this act of kindness is always super-appreciated by every delivery driver that comes up to our porch.

It definitely doesn’t have to be fancy or expensive to put together. You can even begin accumulating items a couple months in advance as things go on sale at your local grocery store.

Some of my favorite heroes of the holiday season are the ones that allow me to do all my shopping from my couch, in my PJs. Does this ring true for you, as well?

If so, make this simple holiday thank you basket to show your appreciation!

This basket came together so quickly. Just shop for treats, add them to a basket, print off the free printable sign (near the end of the post), and place on your porch.

Here are some of the treats I chose to fill our holiday thank you basket:

  • bottles of water
  • cans of soda
  • bags of crackers/cookies/chips
  • pop tarts
  • prepackaged cupcakes
  • packages of gum
  • candy bars

Obviously feel free to get as creative as you want with what you fill your basket with!

This is such a great idea! I love it! Believe or not, I was a delivery girl, and delivered packages years ago. I never received anything like this. It would be so appreciated by the driver! They are always on the run, and driving from place to place, and don't get the greatest breaks.

I love this idea! I am sure it'd be appreciated by the drivers who are so busy this time of year - thanks for sharing with Party in Your PJs!

What a sweet idea. Actually for all year. They work so hard and long hours.
