home tour {vivid and bold tudor}

Every time I decide that I want a quiet, calm and neutral home for my family and I to grow and live in…I run across a vividly colorful home like this one that completely changes my opinion on the subject. There’s no doubt about it-this home is a symphony of pattern and color and shine–take a look and I know you’ll find something to inspire you. Personally, I’m all about the light blue lacquered ceiling in the 2nd and 3rd photos…someone want to come do that to my ceiling? And that stenciled floor? Yes, please…

I always thought the same as you, calm & neutral for my family. Plus it was easier for me not really knowing how to decorate. As I've "matured", oh heck grown older, I've gotten the courage to add color. I still have the over all neutral foil. Though I now have the gusto to add bursts of color here and there with art etc.
