Buddha Bowls are one of the newest and most talked about food trends as of late. Basically, a Buddha Bowl is nothing more than a meal with various components served in a bowl.
They are sometimes also referred to as power bowls, or grain bowls, though they, of course, do not necessarily have to contain grains. Basically, a Buddha Bowl contains some sort of greens, maybe a grain, plenty of veggies, and some sort of dressing. They can range from simple to complex, and usually trend on the healthier side.
Today, I’m sharing my favorite Buddha Bowls from some of my favorite food bloggers. You’re sure to find one that you and your family will love!
