This tic tac toe in a bag game just uses three supplies, and can be used as an easy craft, party favor, or gift!
You can use buttons, wool felt balls, or even small candies as the playing pieces. I chose 5×7 muslin bags, but you can use a smaller size if you’d like.
When you’re done, simply store the pieces in the bag.
