There is so much that can get in the way of gathering together for a family meal each night. I’ve shared before my attempts to simplify mealtime with the help of Terra’s Kitchen, and today, I’m sharing more ways Terra’s Kitchen is helping to prioritize the family dinner experience. Terra’s Kitchen’s head of Culinary Direction, and cookbook author, Libbie Summers, hosted an event for local bloggers that, once again, inspired my love of Terra’s Kitchen’s philosophy and how they’re redefining what it means to be a high-end meal delivery service. Chatting with Libbie, I was struck by how passionate and committed she is to healthy, sustainable, plant-strong meals that can be made (truly!) in under 30 minutes.
Food is prepped and pre-portioned, and the eco-friendly vessel can simply be left on your porch to be picked up the following day for reuse.

The Terra’s Kitchen event featured some of my favorite locally-owned businesses, including Blanchard’s Coffee, whose claim to fame (not really, I was just personally impressed) is this cold brew coffee tap, which most definitely needs to go on my Christmas list.
The event was also hosted by Belle Isle Craft Spirits, who created this amazing coffee cocktail…
Recognizing the importance of gathering around the table, Terra’s Kitchen created one of my favorite meals of theirs to share with us: Grilled Chicken Tacos with Avocado Goat Cheese Sauce.
The food and company were delicious, of course, but more importantly, I was once again impressed by Terra’s Kitchen commitment to offering nutritious and delicious food that is ready in under 30 minutes.
