Slime for Kids {Valentine's Day Kid's Craft}
We love making slime for kids in our household! This Elmer's Glue Slime is the perfect quick craft idea that kids love--make it festive for Valentines Day! Use glitter, confetti, or a combination of the two to make it uniquely your own!

Making slime is one of my kids' favorite activities. We made an easy Christmas slime a few months ago, and wanted to make something to commemorate one of our favorite holidays-Valentine's Day!
We get hours of entertainment from homemade slime recipes, and I love that it's such a quick craft project...and I usually have everything we need on hand! Want to make your own slime for kids? Let's get started...

Here's what you need to make your own festive slime for kids (for Valentines Day!)...
Materials:
- Clear Glue- 5 Ounces
- Confetti or Glitter
- ½ tablespoon Baking Soda
- 1 tablespoon Contact Lens Solution*
Step 1: Empty your glue into a bowl.

Step 2: Add your baking soda and stir. Then, stir in your confetti or glitter. Lastly, stir in your contact lens solution.
After the slime begins to form, you may want to remove it from the bowl and knead it with your hands.
Slime still too sticky? Add a drop or two more of contact solution! It's that easy! Store in an airtight container (tuppeware containers work well) and it should last for a couple months.
