101 Life Goals – List of 101 Life Goals Ideas

Life goals make us happier, healthier, and give us something to aspire to. In this post, we’re sharing 101 life goals to add to your list!

People who have set goals in life not only tend to be happier, but they also reach their goals more often than people who don’t take the time to make themselves a list.

Goals give us something to reach towards. They give us a purpose, and help us form our habits and structure our days.

Goals help us decide what is (and isn’t) important to us.

I love setting and achieving my goals and helping others achieve theirs (like this 30 by 30 list, for example).

Goals have truly has made me a happier, healthier, more well-rounded person, and I know it can do the same for you.

So, today, I’m sharing 101 life goals to add to your list. These goals are perfect for almost any age and stage of life.
