I chose a fun chalkboard design, and love that I could narrow down my search options by card type (I love 5×7 flat cards), number of photos, orientation, and more. To package the mugs for gifting, I cut some decorative tissue paper into strips, added it to the bottom of a cellophane bag, inserted the mug, and tied it off with some cute mini-ornaments and bakers twine!
I love the idea of giving functional, personalized items as holiday gifts. More importantly, I love to see the reactions as the recipients open up his/her creation. Best of all, though, it’s my KIDS who get the biggest kick out of seeing and gifting their faces on everyday objects. If we’ve looked through the calendar once, I swear we’ve looked through it a dozen times; they just think it’s so cool.
