I love all things pasta, and my family loves pizza. What better compromise than this Supreme Pizza Pasta Bake?! This recipe was easy to put together, and you can easily customize it with your favorite pizza ingredients.

This Supreme Pizza Pasta Bake is an easy pasta recipe that is perfect for weeknight dinners or potlucks!

My whole family loves pizza night, and I love pasta night. I had the idea to combine the two and can safely say that everyone was happy!

Full printable recipe and shopping list are below! Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 3 links Italian sausage, removed from casings
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 15 ounce tomato sauce
  • 12 ounces cooked rotini pasta
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

To make this easy pizza pasta:

In a cast iron skillet, cook sausage until browned. Add in onion, garlic and bell pepper. Cook until tender.

Stir in sauce, pepperoni, and cooked pasta. Top with cheeses. Place under the broiler until browned. Top with parsley, if desired.
